The pool

The pool at Tidewater

A resort-style pool under mature oaks, with a cabana for shade, grilling stations beside it and the coffee bar a few steps away. Built for slow weekend mornings as much as summer afternoons.

What is there

  • Resort-style swimming pool under the oaks
  • Cabana for shade
  • Grilling stations beside the pool
  • Coffee bar and business center a few steps away
  • Fitness center on site

The oaks matter more than they sound. A Florida pool in full sun is a July pool; one under a canopy is a March through November pool.

Hours and rules

Pool hours and guest rules are set by the community and posted at the pool. They are not printed here because they change seasonally; ask the leasing office at (904) 820-2193 for the current hours before you tour if they matter to your decision.

One bedrooms are 660 square feet from $1,329 a month and two bedroom, two bath homes are 880 square feet from $1,459, both with quartz counters, wood-look flooring and a full-size washer and dryer in the home.
