How to apply at Tidewater

Three steps: see the homes, pick one, apply online. The fees are listed here in full so there is nothing to discover at the end.

The steps

  1. Tour. Use the chat in the corner of any page, call or text (904) 820-2193, or open any home on the availability page and click Schedule a tour. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  2. Pick a home. Every open apartment is listed live with its rent, square footage and availability date, and each has its own page.
  3. Apply online from that home's page. Screening criteria are provided with the application.

Fees and deposit

  • Application fee: $65 per applicant
  • Security deposit: equal to one month's rent
  • Pets: registered and approved through an independent screening before move-in; $20 per month per pet plus a one-time non-refundable pet fee

Rent is set per home and moves with availability, so the only honest number is the live one on the availability page.

After you move in

Rent is paid and maintenance is requested through the resident portal. One bedrooms are 660 square feet from $1,329 a month and two bedroom, two bath homes are 880 square feet from $1,459, both with quartz counters, wood-look flooring and a full-size washer and dryer in the home.
